Australian Deliveries

Complimentary shipping for orders over AUD $60.

Delivery times: 3-7 business days across Australia under normal circumstances. Please note that there might be delays in delivery services across Australia due to Covid-19 pandemic.

Flat $9.95 shipping fee for orders less than AUD $60.

Orders will be dispatched via Australia Post.

Babystory would not be able to organise a re-delivery if your delivery item has been taken to the post office for collection. We are also unable to accept any responsibility for delays whilst in transit.

Shipping Policies

Correct delivery address must be entered at the time of placing an order. In case an incorrect address was provided as the Postal address, Babystory is not obliged to re-send the order to your correct address at our expense.

Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, Babystory will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs and return shipping costs if any.

Returns & Refund Policy

Should you wish to contact us for an exchange or refund of a faulty clothes or a change in size, claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your item, and items should be returned to us in the original packing and unused within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that shipping costs may apply.

Eligible online returns require:

  • Clothes must be in new and original condition as purchased, with any Babystory tags attached wherever found.
  • Tax invoice or Bank receipts must be provided as proof of purchase
  • The clothes are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please note: You are responsible for the postage cost for all returns, with the exception of faulty items. In case of a refund, any cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
